Thoughts and links for the fourth Sunday of Advent

Traditionally, we can be certain that the fourth candle on the Advent wreath is always lit after the third one. And just as certain are the YouTube services being offered by the various districts. Here are the links for this Sunday.

Also on the fourth Sunday of Advent many may not be able to attend an in-person service in their congregation. Many countries are still affected by the pandemic. Even though it is understandable that the mood in some places may not feel all that festive, the ministers of the New Apostolic Church are nevertheless trying to create a special atmosphere in the services by offering the faithful contemplation and awakening in them joy at the prospect of the Lord’s return.

Jesus is salvation

May the Bible text for the fourth Sunday of Advent awaken hope, peace, and joy in many hearts: “Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit” (Romans 15: 13).
