Listen to it

The New Apostolic Church has known divine service transmissions for years, usually for special occasions. Since March 2020 though, the churches worldwide have been broadcasting on a weekly basis, in some cases even several times a week.

Whether by postal cable at the very beginning, then satellite, or Internet—at first, the means of transmission were always unusual and constituted a small revolution. Before long, however, the Church and the members had become used to the fact that special divine services were sometimes celebrated with several hundred thousand believers—not in one church or one specific place, but in many churches at the same time and together.

Since the middle of March, the New Apostolic Church has been broadcasting services almost continuously in most countries. Divine services are being broadcast every Sunday and in some districts even on weekday evenings. This is how the Church makes sure that all members can join a divine service—either in their local congregation, where this is possible, or at home for those where assembly bans are in place or where people cannot go to church for health reasons.
