The District Apostles were given a tour of the exhibition grounds where the International Youth Convention (IYC) will take place in 2019. Before the tour, the District Apostles—who had convened for their fall session—were informed about what the participants would see, hear, and do at the Youth Convention.

Magazines have been around since the eighteenth century. Their precursors were pamphlets or chronicles—printed matter. Today publications also come in digital and online formats and as apps. The New Apostolic Church is doing its share of publishing.

The New Apostolic Church in North-Rhine Westphalia (Germany) is comprised of 30 districts. One of the largest districts is Essen with its eleven congregations and 3,400 members. The Chief Apostle will be visiting them this coming weekend.

“My congregation in a shoebox” was a campaign that was started in the run-up to the 2014 International Church Convention intended to forge bonds between congregations.
