The retired District Apostle Klaus Sauer has passed away, suddenly and unexpectedly, on Tuesday, 29th July 2014 at the age of 74, as the district church of South Germany informs us on their website:
Our hearts are filled with deep sorrow, because the deceased was a particularly special person in the circle of the Apostles. He had contributed great things from his love to the Lord and His works. Those who came to know him more closely, knew him as a sensitive, compassionate and spiritual counsellor; devout in his life of prayer. (…) We humble ourselves in thankfulness, esteem and appreciation before the departed District Apostle and his great work, which he did in his active years in the ministry. Our sympathy go to his family. Our thoughts and prayers are with them. Let us take our farewell together from a strongly faithful personality, who will remain sincerely connected with us beyond mortal death. (Source: www.nak-sued.de/index.php)
